Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have rights that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Major Failures

A major failure is one that makes the caravan unfit for use, significantly changes its nature, or would not have been purchased if the consumer knew about it at the time. For major failures, you may choose:

  • A full refund, OR
  • A replacement caravan of the same or equivalent value

3. Minor Failures

For minor failures, we will repair the defect within a reasonable time. If we fail to do so, you may request a replacement or refund.

4. Change of Mind

We are not required by law to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. Please make your purchasing decision carefully. We encourage all customers to attend a factory tour and review all specifications before ordering.

  • We will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and advise next steps.
