These Terms and Conditions of Sale (‘Terms’) apply to all purchases of caravans from Vasu Industries Pty Ltd t/a Venture Teardrops (ABN 16 667 016 677 | ACN 667 016 677) (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By placing an order or paying a deposit, you (‘the Purchaser’) agree to these Terms.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed in writing, the price is fixed, except where changes are requested by you.

Prior to handover, we conduct a Pre-Delivery Inspection. You are encouraged to attend the handover and inspect the caravan. A signed PDI document forms the record of the caravan’s condition at delivery and is required to activate your warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. See our Warranty Policy for details.
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure their tow vehicle has sufficient towing capacity for the caravan. Key specifications:
* Payload includes all personal effects, water, food, and accessories. Never exceed your vehicle’s tow rating or the caravan’s ATM. Doing so is illegal and dangerous. Consult your vehicle manufacturer for tow ratings.
Vasu Industries Pty Ltd t/a Venture Teardrops caravans are manufactured to comply with the Road Vehicle Standards Act 2018 (RVSA) and are listed on the Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV). Registration requirements vary by state and territory and are the Purchaser’s responsibility
Any modifications to the caravan after delivery that are not authorised by Vasu Industries Pty Ltd t/a Venture Teardrops may void the manufacturer warranty and may affect ADR compliance. Electrical and gas modifications must be performed by licensed tradespeople.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
